Grooming:

• Products purchased by consumers from ANZIO directly or from an authorized reseller including online and retail is covered from manufacturer defect for 1 year from the date purchased.

• Warranty does not cover products sold or purchased by an unauthorized reseller.

• Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear 

  • Damage caused by the consumer 

  • Any repair or alterations carried without our approval

  • Failure to follow proper instructions

• We understand that some circumstances were out of your control and your SATISFACTION is our #1 PRIORITY. Each warranty case is reviewed on a case by case bases and if approved the product can be replaced free of charge and consumer pays the shipping and handling cost.
