14 DAY RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Items can be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of the original purchase date. If a size does not fit you as expected, you can request a one-time size exchange.  If an item is defective, we can ship out a replacement or refund at no cost to you.  Returns and exchanges must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.

 

Refunds can only be issued if you received the incorrect item, wrong size, or the item is defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All sale items are final. For refunds and exchanges, photos may be requested to validate the return/exchange. Refunds will be issued within 2 business days of receiving the item back.

How do I return or exchange an order?

If you are in need of an exchange or return, please contact us first to confirm the appropriate action to take.

Our policy is 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the original purchase date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return or exchange. Exchanges for a new size can be made once upon request. Returns or refunds can only be issued if you received the wrong shirt or a damaged shirt.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please contact us for instructions on how to begin your refund or exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Returns Restocking Fee

  • $10.00 restocking fee applied to all returns.

All order of sale items are final

  • No refund, exchange, or return accepted.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us. We will issue a refund within 1-2 business days. We may request pictures of the item for validation.

I received an defective item, what do I do?

We apologize for this! Send us pictures of the issue to verify the problem and contact us as soon as possible. We will send you a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
